Results matter. One of the best measures of a Realtor® is how many homes they sell or help people buy each year. Year after year, I am among my area's top real estate agents in number of completed home sales. The success I've achieved on behalf of my clients has brought me not only local, but national recognition as a top performer in the real estate industry. More importantly, my clients have succeeded quite well too, with home sales that have averaged 98.9% of their listed prices.

Achievements
Nothing takes the place of a successful home sale or purchase. But my achievements in growing my base of real estate knowledge has had a hand in the success I've accomplished for my clients. These real estate educational achievements include:

ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative
GRI - Graduate REALTOR® Institute
CHMS - Certified Home Marketing Specialist

Few real estate agents accomplish all three of these achievements, and on Bainbridge Island I am the only one who has. It's all part of my ongoing effort to have every advantage available that will help to do the best job for you.
